Civilian Guidelines
Creating your Character
Ensure your MP Ped has unique and realistic characteristics (no default MP Peds please).
Ensure your character has a realistic and believable backstory.
The community does not employ the use of a CAD to allow for more freedom when creating characters. Do not always use the same character. If you character was jailed/hospitalized, please use a different one.
Interacting with Civilians
We always recommend for civilians to create passive roleplay scenarios.
Engage with other players respectfully, realistically, and with reason.
Do not roleplay offensive or sensitive topics (sexual themes, adult themes).
Do not interfere with other civilian's roleplay.
Work with others to create compelling stories rather than prioritizing "winning" or "losing."
Interacting with Law Enforcement
To contact law enforcement, use
/911 [report] [location]
. Do not repetitively call 911.Comply with law enforcement when applicable, unless resisting is part of your roleplay.
Do not "cop bait" or unnecessarily provoke law enforcement for attention.
Do not target law enforcement in your roleplay. Prioritize interacting with other civilians.
Creating a Priority
Make sure you have a reason to conduct a priority (e.g., robberies, shootings, or hostage situations). Do not immediately start a priority without some backstory.
Ensure priorities are planned and executed realistically.
Avoid escalating minor offenses into priorities.
Avoid creating excessive or constant priorities.
Limit chaos. If it's clear there are other priorities ongoing, do not start one.
When starting a priority, please first use
/prio-start
or else your roleplay may not be considered the priority.Once your priority scenario is concluded, please use
/prio-stop
to start the priority cooldown. Failure to do so may result in staff action.
Dealing with Rule Breakers
If someone breaks character or rules, ignore/avoid them and report the incident to staff in a Discord ticket or via
/report
.Avoid retaliating or breaking character.
