Once you've loaded in, press F1 and select "Player Related Options" > "MP Ped". If you already have saved MP Peds you'd like to use, go to "Saved MP Peds". If you have yet to create a MP Ped, please select "Create Male/Female MP Ped" and follow the instructions below.
Select and modify your Inheritance, Appearance, and Face Options.
Ensure that your character is realistic (has eyebrows, distinct facial features, etc.)

SETTING UP YOUR CHARACTER NAME
To set up your charcter name, press T to open the chat and type in /char [FirstName] [LastName]. You must have a First Name and a Last Name.

SETTING UP YOUR VEHICLE
Once you've loaded in, press F1 and select "Vehicle Related Options" > "Vehicle Spawner". Find a civilian vehicle you'd like to spawn in and select it. You can modify it by going to "Vehicle Related Options" > "Vehicle Options". Remember to keep your vehicle realistic.

GO TO AREA OF PLAY (AOP)
Once you have completed your character setup, press F2 to enter NoClip and move yourself to the area of play.
